Reports & Analysis

The system provides several types of reports to monitor overall clinic performance.

1. Visit Report​

Displays detail of patient arrivals each day.

  • Date Filter: Select visit period (Today, Yesterday, This Week, This Month).
  • Branch Filter: Select specific branch or All Branches.
  • Export: You can download data in Excel (.xlsx) or PDF format.

2. Therapist Service Report​

Used to see therapist performance based on number of sessions Completed vs Scheduled.

  • Total Completed: Number of sessions attended by patients.
  • Total Scheduled: Number of slots opened/scheduled.

3. Billing Report​

Displays financial transaction details from every patient.

  • Payment Status: Paid / Unpaid.
  • Payment Method: Cash, Transfer, Insurance.
  • Total Revenue: Accumulation of all transactions in the selected period.

4. SOAP Report​

Recap of SOAP note filling by therapists.

  • Ensures every arriving patient has progress notes.
  • Monitoring medical documentation completeness.
