Patient Management (Front Office)
The Patient Management module is the main gateway for clinic operations. Here, admins or registration staff manage basic patient data (demographics) before they can be registered for services (Admission).
1. Patient List
This page displays all patients registered in the system.

Key information displayed includes:
- Medical Record No. (MRN): Unique patient identity in the Nukids system (format:
00-00-00). - Patient Name: Full name along with title.
- Status: Active status of the patient in the system (
normal,non-active).
2. Patient Search
The search feature on this page is very flexible. You can search for patients based on:
- Patient Name
- Medical Record Number (MRN)
- Mobile Number
- Address
Use at least 3 characters for more accurate search results. The system will automatically display matching patient suggestions.
3. Patient Personal Data
The data managed for each patient includes:

Main Identity
| Field | Description |

| Full Name | Name as per ID Card/Official Identity. |
| Title Front/Back | Optional (e.g., Mr., Mrs., Dr., S.Kom). |
| Gender | Male / Female. |
| Place & Date of Birth | Important for age calculation. |
Contact & Address
| Field | Description |

| Mobile Number | Primary number for schedule confirmation. |
| Email address (if available). | |
| Address | Complete domicile address (Street/City). |
Emergency Contact
Mandatory for urgent purposes:
- Emergency Contact Name: (e.g., Parent, Spouse).
- Relationship: (e.g., Father, Mother, Husband, Wife).
- Emergency Mobile No.: Must be an active number that can be contacted at any time.
4. New Registration Flow
- Menu Patient > Add New.
- Fill in the personal data form completely.
- Ensure the Mobile Number is valid.
- Click Save.
- The system will automatically generate a new Medical Record No. (MRN).
Technical Note: Patient data is stored in the
xocp_his_patienttable which is linked to the parentxocp_personstable. Any data changes here will be automatically updated across all modules (Admissions, Billing, Medical Records).
