Branch & Organization Management

The Organization menu is used to manage the clinic's branch structure, head office, and departments.

1. Adding a New Branch

Menu: Settings > Organization.

  1. Click Add Data.
  2. Fill in the form:
    • Organization Name: Name of the branch (e.g., Nukids Bekasi).
    • Class: Select "Branch" or "Department".
    • Parent: If this is a department within a branch, select the parent branch.
    • Location (GPS): Enter Latitude & Longitude (Important for Online Attendance feature).
    • Description: Full address.
  3. Click Save.

2. Setting GPS Location

For employees to clock in/out online, GPS coordinates must be accurate.

  1. Open Google Maps, search for the clinic location.
  2. Right-click on the location pin > Copy coordinates (Example: -6.2345, 106.8765).
  3. Paste into the Latitude and Longitude fields in the application.

3. Organization Structure

The application uses a hierarchical structure (Tree View):

  • Head Office (HQ)
    • Branch A
      • Pediatric Poly
      • Child Development
    • Branch B
