Employee Data Management

The HR Management module is used to manage the database of employees, doctors, therapists, and other staff.

1. Adding a New Employee

Go to HR Management > Staff > Click Add Staff. The data input process is divided into several stages (Wizard):

Stage 1: Staff Info

  • Profile Photo: Upload official employee photo.
  • Identity: Full Name, NIK (ID Card Number), Place/Date of Birth, Gender.
  • Contact: Mobile No, Email.
  • Address: Full domicile address (Province to Village).
  • Bank: Bank Name & Account Number (for payroll).

Stage 2: HR Info

  • Staff Status: Active / Non-Active.
  • Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Reference.
  • Position: Select position (e.g., Therapist, Admin, Doctor).
  • Assignment in: Select work placement branch.
  • Services: (Therapist Specific) Select mastered service types.
  • Limit Access: Determine system login access rights.

Stage 3: Salary Info

Set salary components:

  • Basic Salary: Monthly basic salary.
  • Allowances: Position, Transport, Meal.
  • Profit Sharing: (Therapist Specific) Honorarium amount per action.

Stage 4: Login Account

  • Username & Password: Create account to log in to the Nukids application.

2. Editing Employee Data

  1. Search for employee name in the search bar.
  2. Click the employee name from the list.
  3. Change specific data and click Save.
