Admission Management

The Admission module is used to record every patient arrival for therapy or consultation. A single patient can have multiple visit histories (Admissions).

1. Admission Registration Flow

Every time a patient comes for treatment, staff must create a new Admission record.

  1. Open the Admission menu.
  2. Search for Patient using Name or MRN.
  3. Click on the relevant patient to enter the Visit History page.
  4. Click the + New Admission button.

Required Data:

  • Visit Date: Default is today.
  • Payment Type:
    • Private: Patient pays by themselves.
    • Insurance: Covered by insurance/third party.
  • Guarantor: Can be filled with "Self" or "Parent/Guardian" data.

2. Manage Schedules & Transactions

Once an Admission is created, you will see the list of visits for that patient with several important action buttons:

Access ButtonFunction
Schedule (Blue)Manage therapy session schedules with therapists.
Payment (Green)Make billing payments. This button is only active if there are unpaid bills.
Invoice (Purple)Print billing proof/invoice.
Important

Make sure to choose the correct Payment Type when creating an Admission, as it will affect the billing rate calculation.
