Admission Management
The Admission module is used to record every patient arrival for therapy or consultation. A single patient can have multiple visit histories (Admissions).
1. Admission Registration Flow
Every time a patient comes for treatment, staff must create a new Admission record.
- Open the Admission menu.
- Search for Patient using Name or MRN.
- Click on the relevant patient to enter the Visit History page.
- Click the + New Admission button.

Required Data:
- Visit Date: Default is today.
- Payment Type:
- Private: Patient pays by themselves.
- Insurance: Covered by insurance/third party.
- Guarantor: Can be filled with "Self" or "Parent/Guardian" data.
2. Manage Schedules & Transactions
Once an Admission is created, you will see the list of visits for that patient with several important action buttons:

| Access Button | Function |
|---|---|
| Schedule (Blue) | Manage therapy session schedules with therapists. |
| Payment (Green) | Make billing payments. This button is only active if there are unpaid bills. |
| Invoice (Purple) | Print billing proof/invoice. |
Important
Make sure to choose the correct Payment Type when creating an Admission, as it will affect the billing rate calculation.
