Payroll

The Salary module processes automatic salary calculations based on attendance and performance.

1. Viewing Salary List

Menu: HR Management > Salary > Full-Timer (or Part-Timer).

  1. Select Period (Month/Year).
  2. Employee list will appear along with Net Salary.
  3. Status: Unpost (Not final) or Posted (Final).

2. Detail & Payslip

Click the Eye (View) button on one employee to see details:

  • Income: Basic Salary + Therapist Incentives + Overtime + Allowances.
  • Deductions: BPJS, Tax, Cash Advance.
  1. Open employee salary detail.
  2. Click Payslip button.
  3. PDF payslip document will be printed ready to be given to the employee.

3. Posting Salary

  • Posting: Locks salary to enter Financial Reports (Salary Expense). Once posted, data cannot be arbitrarily changed.
  • Unposting: Unlocks if there are calculation revisions.
